Analysis Consultation Guidelines

We are delighted that you have chosen to submit an Analysis Consultation proposal! This session type is specifically designed to provide you with expert guidance and mentorship for your ongoing research.

We warmly welcome submissions that present a conceptual framework, ongoing data analysis, or research currently in progress. To help us match you with the most suitable mentor, Data Consultation proposals should include a comprehensive overview of the study and a clear definition of data consultation within the session description.

1. Abstract 

Provide a 150-word summative overview of the study about which you are seeking guidance, including its significance.

2. Conceptual Framework 

In 150 words or less, ground this work in the empirical and theoretical literature to which it makes a contribution.

3. Methodology

In 300 words or less, briefly describe the methodological approach, including the scope (length of study, number of participants, sites); research design; techniques for data collection/analysis; positionality and ethical considerations.

4. Study Progress

Please let us know what stage of the study will be in place at the time of the conference in February 2027 to help us support your academic journey.
