Workshop & Other Submissions

We are delighted that you have chosen to submit a Workshop or Other Submission! These sessions provide a platform for interactive and hands-on exploration of specific research topics or educational skills.

Duration & Structure: Such sessions run as 75-minute sessions. Proposals must specify precisely how the time will be spent to ensure an engaging experience for participants.

1. Abstract

Provide a 150-word summative overview of this session, including its significance.

2. Engagement

In 150 words or less, what are the theoretical and topical domains that will be engaged when guests attend.

3. Approach

In 300 words or less, briefly describe how the time will be used in the session, including any special formats such as discussions, round tables, films, performances, and so on.  Please also include any special space or technology needs.

*A clear time management plan is essential for the committee to assess the feasibility and impact of your workshop. In order to support blind, peer review process, please be sure that the authors' names DO NOT appear in any part of the proposal.

All authors must have an account. When your paper is accepted, you need to promptly log in to choose who is your presenting author and that anyone who is a presenting author needs to register the conference and pay.
