Attendee Registration

Registration for the 2026 Ethnography in Education Research Forum is now open! Join us in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for a dynamic exploration of “#FACTS: Constructing Knowledge and Truth in a Complex World.” 

 

Registration is required for all attendees (including presenters, participants, and guests) in order to access the two-day conference, associated sessions, and special events (such as morning coffee gatherings and catered keynote talks). We strongly encourage you to register in advance to secure your place. Those who register by January 6, are eligible for the discounted early bird rates.  After January 6, attendees may register on site on the two days of the conference. 

 

A special reduced rate is available for students (undergraduate or graduate), professional K-12 teachers, and faculty/staff at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn employees, students, or staff members who will be using university grants or department budgets should please contact Paula Rogers for payment instructions at cue@gse.upenn.edu). Presenters bringing guests under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent and remain responsible for those minors while at the conference. Guests under 18 are required to register but may do so free of charge. For the discount code, please contact cue@gse.upenn.edu

Completing the purchase of a “ticket” indicates registration has been completed. To register:

  • select number of Attendees below;
  • fill out the required form;
  • choose your tickets; and 
  • proceed to checkout.
